There is never a one size fits all and definitely not when it comes to each woman with her pregnancy and birth. Please find below, information on my different birth keeper packages available. Birth Keeper Options

Option 1

2x antenatal visits. First around 16 weeks (booking visit) and the second usually between 28-34 weeks gestation

On call for your birth from 37 weeks

Attendance at birth

Phone, Zoom, Telegram support (Mon-Fri 9-5, pre 37 weeks)

1x Postnatal visit including breastfeeding support (1 hour)

Option 2

3x antenatal visits. First around 16 weeks (booking visit) and the second usually between 28-34 weeks gestation, plus 36 week visit (birth planning)

On call for your birth from 37 weeks

Attendance at birth

Phone, Zoom, Telegram support (Mon-Fri 9-5, pre 37 weeks)

1x antenatal parent education session (post 28 weeks at a time to suit you, in person or online)

2x Postnatal visit including breastfeeding support (1 hour)

Option 3

4x antenatal visits. First around 14-16 weeks (booking visit), second between 20-24 weeks, third visit 28-34 weeks, plus 36 week visit (birth planning)

On call for your birth from 37 weeks

Attendance at birth

Phone, Zoom, Telegram support (Mon-Fri 9-5, pre 37 weeks)

1x antenatal parent education session (post 28 weeks at a time to suit you, in person or online)

4x Postnatal visit including breastfeeding and domestic support (2 hour)

Option 4

4x antenatal visits. First around 14-16 weeks (booking visit), second between 20-24 weeks, third visit 28-34 weeks, plus 36 week visit (birth planning)

On call for your birth from 37 weeks

Attendance at birth

Phone, Zoom, Telegram support (Mon-Fri 9-5, pre 37 weeks)

1x antenatal parent education session (post 28 weeks at a time to suit you, in person or online)

Daily postnatal visits for the first 7 days

2x Postnatal visits in the second week, including breastfeeding and domestic support (2 hour)

2x Complimentary therapy sessions- these can be booked during pregnancy or postnatal period (Angelic reiki or Closing the Bones)
